A free mobile application for managing invoices tos

Tos simply install the application on your smartphone to comfortably display, view and approve invoices. It does not limit you lack computer, smartphone and sufficient access to the network. To log in to the application on the same data that are used to log on to https://start.tosend.pl/login. The mobile application, like the rest of the system ensures data security.

The application allows you to tos:

- giving invoices,

- Search for contractors with the VAT base CSO

- view invoices received on account tos,

- approval of invoices received,

- approval of the invoice received from the mobile app is tantamount to recognition of it in KPiR and VAT register in a Web version of the program.

Tos application is a system for the safe and free shipping to any number of e-invoices to your customers. Already 1 second after the transaction e-invoices are available for exhibitors and audience, without printing them or email dispatch. Buyer may at any time accept the e-invoice, then automatically save it in KPiR and Tax Registers, which are modules tos version of the browser.

You can automatically import / export invoices to / from most popular systems FK. Tos also has APIs that enable integration with other systems or ERP FK.

Small and medium-sized companies will find everything tos to keep its books: the possibility of invoicing, and KPiR Registers VAT and file generation and JPK_VAT JPK_FA. Additionally, you can create a database of contractors, reports, and use the base acts.
