The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
Tomato Timer encourages you to divide your work time into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks. By doing that you'll be able to analyze how much time you spend working on your task, and work accordingly.
Every fourth work interval you have to take a longer break of 15 minutes.
