Install Guide:
Timegate+ requires mobile systems Android 9.0 or newer
1. Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update.
2. Install or reinstall Timegate+ from the store.
3. Once installed, ensure the Timegate+ app is allowed to access your device's location services.
4. Enter your username and password. If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team.
Timegate+ uses GPS capabilities to monitor employees when enabled. When an employee books off of a shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled. If you have queries regarding privacy and location tracking, please contact a member of your management team.
