This is a basic Tibetan keyboard from the Bho for Android open-source project: http://code.google.com/p/bho/
IT DOES NOT REQUIRE ROOT OR SPECIAL FONTS :)
Please use with other "Iron Rabbit" apps like BhoView, Monlam Dictionary, and YakChat.
The new layout uses the same QWERTY style as the iOS devices, as documented here:
