The Yoga Flat

Yoga Flat is a Danish yoga studio in Copenhagen. The studio is run by siblings Nicolai and Sarah Emilie Boas.

When you are an Urban Yoga Studio, it is important to focus on the way yoga makes sense when living in the city. That said, we have a wide variety of yoga types in the studio to support all types of people wherever they may be in their practice and in their lives.

We honor our teachers' skill level and believe that while teaching is closely linked to specific traditions, the true teaching comes from teachers who share their personal experiences and understand the established traditions.

Common to the teachers at The Yoga Flat is their love of yoga. We want to share the passion for physical exercise, to soothe the mind and the practice of being present.

When you enter one of the studios, you will be met with a great contrast to the city, as the cozy surroundings are specifically designed to support your practice.

Since we have found that yoga has no gender, no age or physical condition, we hope to invite anyone who wants to deepen their personal relationship with themselves and their practice.
