With years of experience working with SOF, reg. force, and first responder units, we understand the lifestyle, goals, and the unique challenges that come with the uniform. As this life is rarely a solo endeavour, we extend our professional expertise and services to your SO/NOK. Just because you are posted, doesn't mean your dietitian, strength coach, and support team has to change, we've got you. Structuring training/fuelling programs to crush your goals while accommodating exercises, deployments, and family obligations is what we do.
