This application counts the number of occurrences of each word, in a document, like copied text, shared text or web site.

Though this tool is useless without a firm aim, but it can be used as following situations.

* Guess importance of a web site, according from the occurrences of words.

* Make sure your web site not contain the same words, again and again.

* List up the unusual words in some special site, like hacker or some other Otaku sites.
