trackmate

trackmate is a lean track/map app, similar to Sports Tracker or Google's My Tracks. It has fewer features; for example we removed ads, spying and calorie counters. It was primarily developed to record detailed GPS data for later analysis.

You can trace your position and tracks, and save them in kml, gpx or csv format. While on the go, enjoy detailed maps by OpenStreetMaps.org, and a highly configurable display of GPS details.

Permissions:

Network to load maps (exclusively), Geolocation for GPS, Vibrations etc for notifications, Storage to write data files.

No ads or user tracking. Note that as usual, things like accuracy, timeouts, battery consumption will depend on the actual GPS sensor in your device.

Should work on Android 5.0.
