Task Planner

Task Calendar Planner is an all in-one daily planner, to-do organizer and calendar scheduler offering single and recurring task/to-do plus calendar events in one app. Each task/to-do and calendar event can have multiple date/time based reminders with device notifications and email alerts. Each device notification and alert can have an associated checklist, file and/or document attachments and a map link.

Single task/to-do are sorted by priority (high, average and low) with additional grouping by folder, status (pending, in-progress and completed) and date. Folders can also be selected individually and offer color coding. Recurring task/to-do use a set once and forget methodology where they will repeat until changed or canceled. Supported time-frames include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual. Daily recurring task/to-do can exclude days. Calendar events work in association with the week, month and agenda views. The week and month views offer modern gesture based paging. The week view with one minute precision can also be broken down into one to six day views with a simple tap. Events can be viewed as a whole or by individual calendar. Calendars offer color coding.

Each task/to-do, event and countdown timer can also have a snooze associated with it. Snoozing creates a recurring pop up window at a specific date and time. After a snooze is executed, it can be extended for a specified period of time or canceled similar to your standard alarm clock.

Some things you can do with the Task Calendar Planner....

* create a task/to-do or event with multiple device and email reminders going off at different times

* plan a meeting and send email reminders to each attendee before it starts along with attachments

* create an event for a meeting and send yourself a notification warning at end of the meeting

* create checklist for a task/to-do for grocery shopping and mark off items as completed

* create a snooze using a daily recurring task/to-do and exclude Saturday and Sunday from it

* create folders for both task/to-do and calendars and select them individually

* set the start of week for the calendar or week view to any day

* files and documents stored in a database and included in sync

There are also two home screen widgets to support single task/to-do and events. When you click a task/to-do or an event in the widget, it will launch the app and display the specific task or event selected. If the task/to-do or event has a checklist, then the checklist will be display.

The app can sync multiple devices. Google Drive is the supported cloud storage provider. This is a true sync and not just a backup. Data is stored locally until synced. The app uses the oAuth approval process for both cloud storage and for retrieving files and documents from Google Drive. In addition, email for delivering reminders can be setup using using oAuth through your Gmail account or using traditional SMTP settings. Data can also be password protected when at rest on Google Drive.
