Receive Repair Update Notifications for your Device

This App allows you to receive notifications from the Samsung Customer Care Center when your device has been booked in for repairs. You will be notified of the repair status throughout the process. The App can be installed on Phones or Tablets running Android 4.1 and Over.

Customers can also manually check the latest repair status by pressing the "Press for Repair Updates". All notifications sent for the specific repair will be populated in the App.

Please note that this is only available to customers who have booked their device in for repairs at the Samsung Customer Care Center in Constantia, Johannesburg
