Mobile app to capture and address grievances raised by Mylapore Citizens.

Mylapore Grievance Redressal System is a Web Portal which is accessible on all web browsers and mobile Devices.

The overall objective of the application is to develop an interface which will help the Mylapore citizens to connect with various government bodies and share their complaints/grievances regarding water, electricity, roads etc. The reported complaints/grievances are channelized; are routed to the appropriate department. The regular updates related to the actions taken are shared during the entire lifecycle of the complaint till the closure.
