Mobile application to streamline restaurant operation and enhance S.O.P.

The purpose of this apps is to standarise and streamline restaraunt operation processes and provide "constantly on" platform to cascade company value and informations.

New operation team members can uses it as guideline for daily operation, online learning program and submit internal request forms, wheres existing members uses as guildlines and deliver S.O.P to their co-worker.

As for management, the program will enable internal communication between senior team members and provide "constantly on" private channel to advocate company value to the rest of subordinates with the organisation.
