Idea eCAF app enables Idea retailers to perform aadhaar based eKYC activations for Prepaid connections. Retailers can add/manage activation sub-agents for successful eKYC activations from this app. It facilitates instantaneous and paperless activation of new prepaid connections. Frees you from lengthy procedures of manual/physical CAF entry, document management and ensures retailer safety

Features

Sub-Agent Enrolment: This app helps the Idea retailers to enrol activation sub-agents who will further process the end to end activation. Retailers and Sub agents under him needs to have Aadhar no and OTG supported Smart handset for self registration process, so the retailer can facilitate Customer Activation.

New prepaid activations: Through Idea eCAF app, Idea retailers can activate prepaid connections with the help of customer aadhaar number and biometrics. It provides simplified platform and view for the Idea retailers to capture customer information and eliminates management of physical CAF and documents

Out of Scope : The outstation and Foreign National Customer activation will need to follow the Current Caf based activation.
