I love this app. It took me a while to figure it out.
What you need to do is go into settings. You will see written in red, player. hardware decoding, press it so that it's on disabled.

Next is network. DNS over HTTPS. I left it switched off.

After that is display. You will see UI mode. When you press it.You will see written. AUTOMATIC. PHONE AND TV. 
If you are watching mobdro on your phone or
tablet , then Press phone. If you're going to mainly  stream mobdro on your t.v. Then press TV. If you are having trouble streaming to your tv, press auto.
When you press any of the above in UI,  you will have to restart the app. What I do is just press the home button and then go back into my open tabs and press the mobdro tab again good luck all
