The RES Training Institute (acronym for Self Realization and Expression) has emerged in Turin in 2012 to propose professional pathways for those in the educational, social or clinical field looking for new tools to work with individuals, groups and communities that need care, support, growth and growth

Our learning methods are mediated by the experience and inspired by the principles of Humanistic Psychology (empathy, unconditional positive regard, suspension of judgment) . Expressive style, work tools and techniques are then acquired in a facilitating and accepting group context, where students are encouraged to explore their potential, use creativity to extend their roles and transforming self-hindering aspects into their own resources.
