Remote Access is an application developed by Ericsson to provide video/audio conferencing, screen recording, screen capture, and cloud-based storage along with the additional functionality of “automatic” checklists, real-time bookmarking, searchable hyperlinked table of contents, annotated screen captures, hyperlinks to supplemental material.
Ericsson's employees, suppliers and customers can use the software as a way to connect and conduct sessions for VPWs and other meetings.
