Coulomb Keeper is a battery saving app which disables your WiFi or mobile data when they are not in use. This app will see if you have a WiFi connection and if you do it will disable mobile data; if you don't have a WiFi connection, it will disable WiFi and enable mobile data. In the settings you can disable connection on screen off, sync your data when the screen is off, enable or disable the notification and run on reboot.
