AIC 2018

The two-day event with its focus on alternative asset classes and -strategies is the annual meeting of the AI-industry in Germany where institutional investors – which is the main target group –, but also asset managers, regulators and service providers have the opportunity to exchange views on and experiences with AI. At the past conferences, topics such as the world of Insurance Linked Securities, options of infrastructure investments and capital-efficient investments in renewable energies, global mega trends and their effects on the Private Equity environment, risk management approaches for Alternative Investments were discussed. In 2018, we will again offer an interesting agenda with contemporary issues with regard to Alternative Investments. Key note speakers in 2018 are: Prof. Dr. Bernd Raffelhüschen, Universität Freiburg, Prof. Dr. Thomas Straubhaar, Universität Hamburg. The Get-together speaker will be Dr. Bertrand Piccard, initiator and chairman of Solar Impulse – first to cross the Atlantic Ocean in a solar, electric and zero-emission airplane
