Application highlighting the power of utilizing IBM Cloudant with Kinetise.

This is a demonstration application which highlights the power of utilizing IBM Cloudant together with Kinetise. It focuses on a use case of a 311 City Services Department looking to provide mobile access to its workers and allow constituents to enter new requests. It can only be utilized by those with authentication information from IBM Analytics.
