Telecheckup is an application developed by Chirpn IT Solutions as part of its telemedicine technology solution. It allows doctors and clinics who take Telecheckup solution subscription to conduct online consultation via video/audio conferencing.
Telecheckup is not HealthCare provider but a technology app supporting healthcare providers who are using Telecheckup services.
How it works:
Step 1: Clinic or Doctor buys Telecheckup services via its sales team
Step 2: Provider onboards it doctors and sets up room via WEB interface
Step 3: Patients book appointments with docotr via phone call or appointment booking system via WEB interface
Step 4: Patients get details of doctor room and password to join the call at the specified time
Step 5: Patient opens up the Telecheckup mobile app and joins the call with provided room and password info
Step 6: Video/Audio consultation with provider
Step 7: End call after discussion is over
