TeamFeePay

TeamFeePay is an app for grassroots football clubs. Over 2,000 clubs across the UK, Ireland, Spain and Italy, from youth teams to established community sides, use it to manage payments, fixtures and team communication.

County FAs partner with TeamFeePay to support their affiliated clubs.

The platform has been built by football people who have played, coached and run clubs themselves.

FOR COACHES

Your whole squad in one view, with the season built around how you actually run it.

Attendance, payments and player info, all together in one place.

Medical needs, kit numbers and photo permissions at a glance.

Live RSVPs for training and matches, with one-tap nudges for no-replies.

Directions, weather and who's attending on every match card.

Team chat that stays on topic - groups, direct messages, voice notes and read receipts, all moderated.

FOR PARENTS

Your child's football life in one place.

Everything about your child's team - coaches, membership, photos and club documents - together in one view.

Schedule showing where, when and what to bring for training and matches.

One-tap availability for every event.

Subscriptions and one-off fees easy to pay and manage.

Outstanding balances a tap away from being paid.

BUILT AROUND SAFEGUARDING

Conversations stay club-scoped and group chats are visibly monitored, so nothing lives on somebody's personal phone. Player profiles hold medical notes and permissions safely, seen only by the right people.

TeamFeePay is certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 27018, the international standards for information security and personal data in the cloud.
