Team Generator: Random Teams

Team Generator splits a group into teams in a few seconds. Either randomly or balanced by skill level, so one team doesn't end up with all the good players.

It works for soccer, basketball, volleyball and other sports with friends, PE class, club practice, group work at school or game night. Add the names, choose the number of teams, generate.

Making teams

For classes, teams or clubs that play together regularly. You can create a project for a school year, for example, and enter who won after each game. The app adjusts skill levels based on the results, so teams get more balanced over time without you having to rate every player. You can also see who has already been on a team with whom. Projects can be moved to a new phone or shared as a file.
