App will prompt user (staff member) to enter MAC (Wi-Fi) Address, Duration, Username.
Android Version, Device Name will also be collected.
The details are then (securely) submitted to IPAM and, typically within a few minutes, the user will receive an email confirming that the device can now be connected to the "TCDwireless" SSID (by building a Wi-Fi profile).
This is a one-time use application.
