TC Fribourg

The TC Training Center App is made by Technogym for members of the TC Training Center & Budo Center Fribourg.

This app gives you access to opening hours and time tables, reservations (group fitness classes, personal coaching, instructions or beauty center), news and more. You get access to your personal training program. Every training session can be saved and progress is easily noticed.

WHY USE THE TC TRAINING CENTER APP?

 TRAINING: get your personal training program, exercise explanations and videos.

 COACHING: your TC coach gives you a weekly goal to achieve.

 ACTIVITIES: keeps track of your activities by synchronising data from other apps like Polar, Garmin, Fitbit, RunKeeper, MapMyFitness, etc

 BODY MEASUREMENTS: keeps track of your measurements (like Withings) and compares progress.
