Your ship is also equipped with three pieces of sub equipment, each when used require time to reload.

Area barrage of lasers when surrounded by foes.

Missile silos, good for taking down larger foes.

Time warp, Able to slow down time in order to get the jump on enemies.

Here are the types of enemies you should expect during your battle!

Fighters: Small ships in red shielding. These have no interest in the planet as their only job is to take YOU out. Equipped with explosive resistant armour plating, only lasers can pierce their hull and stop them.

Tank model X4-y assaulters: These ships are designed to mainly bring down Proxima-X12, equipped with heavy duty lasers, they can deal heavy damage to the planet if left unchecked. Shielding on these ships seem to reduce laser fire to minimum effectiveness. Misses are your best bet when taking these guys out.

Code name - Planet buster: This experimental weapon is in development as we speak! And they are sure to deploy it as you defend the planet, considering you didn’t fail. Reports show that the Ship is equipped with an Mk-1 laser cannon that can pierce right through metal once fired. Best advice for this ship is to take it out as soon as it appears, Not much reports on Armour as far as we can tell, or shielding, Best to just take it out as fast as you can!
