“Tap on the bugs” is an interactive app and is intended to assist in the choice of antibiotics used for many of the infections presenting among patients attending Hospital Trusts whose guidelines are included within this app.

Therapeutic Drug Monitoring of antibiotics
iv to oral switch antibiotic options
Its use outside of the Hospital Trusts (included in this app) is NOT recommended as this guidance has been formulated to take into account the antibiotic sensitivity profiles of the local predominant pathogenic microbes including Clostridium difficile.
