It gives information about the various Departments of Government, its ministers, Secretaries, Email Address, Phone numbers, Schemes, Forms to download, Roles and Responsibilities of the particular Department, Documents related to the department and much more.

We have added that option under "Grievances", where you can raise complaints by going to that government websites directly Please make use of it Truthfully and still much more.
