SyncMirror is a dance practice video player: mirror any tutorial or dance practice video, slow it down, loop the hard part, and record yourself next to the original.

Mirror the video so it faces you just like a studio mirror. Slow it down from 0.25x. Repeat one 8-count until it's in your body. Then hit record while the reference video plays, and watch both side by side to see exactly where you're off.
