Student Welfare Group is a student body under Technology Students’ Gymkhana and Office of Dean of Students' Affairs, IIT Kharagpur. SWG helps students in improving their skills, attitude, and resources necessary to both succeed in the college environment as well as to pursue productive and satisfying lives by organizing different activities on the campus.

Foresight, an initiative by the Student Welfare Group, IIT Kharagpur comprises valuable insights into the interview experience of the Seniors who have successfully secured CDC internship and placement. This App also contains other blog posts like Know Your Department, which will be helpful for students to explore their departments.

Foresight app comprises of a collective database of experiences of Seniors who have worked in prestigious companies for their internship as well as placement. It includes interview prep articles for diverse portfolios such as Software, Analytics, Finance, Core, etc.

For folks, aiming to secure internships and placements in their dream companies, longs for interview tips and strategies. In order to ease their preparation journey and to avoid hassle to look for different sources for strategies, SWG came up with the initiative of Foresight App where you can find all the information in one place.

The app is comfortable to navigate and all the resources being integrated into a single environment make it quite convenient.

We are continually getting in touch with seniors and updating our database so that the aspirants are also updated with new strategies and new insights.
