ProTvMais is the owners of this Application are not responsible for the published and copyrighted material, as we are not affiliated with other websites.

However, we may still remove video embed codes from our Application if the copyright owner wishes to do so.

The following procedure will be performed if:

The Complaint must be written in English or Portuguese, it must be understandable and polite;

Complaint must be sent from a company email, complaints sent from free email service like AOL, Yahoo Gmail, etc. They will be rejected;

You must provide proof that you are the copyright holder or that you are acting on behalf of the copyright holder;

You must provide proof that the content is legally copyrighted and that you own the copyright;

Materials that need to be removed must be provided in the form of the name of the material and links to direct pages.

And the last thing you need to know is that, after the request, we will remove the requested codes and video pages only from ProTvMais, as we are not responsible for the content already spread on the other sites to which we have no connection."
