Stress Check is a quick stress reset app for checking current pressure, choosing the main pressure point, and moving into a short guided relief routine. It helps users mark how heavy the moment feels, choose common causes such as work pressure, study pressure, people conflict, or task overload, and keep a local session history.

The app includes daily reminder settings, exercise duration, and local data export. It requests notification permission only for optional reminder prompts, and vibration access may be used for gentle device feedback during resets. The verified build does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, storage, accessibility, or overlay permissions. Stress Check is a general wellness utility and is not a medical diagnostic tool.
