The STARGAME gamificada is a platform developed by High Play Institute.

The game works over a period to be determined (which may be 3-14 months) and has two strands, individual and team, in order to involve all the people in an organization in a healthy competitive environment.

In single game there are weekly challenges for all players. Meeting these challenges should be evidenced in the wall, through photography or video, allowing all participants to follow, share and interact with the progress of space travel.

For a team can move forward in the journey, the evolution of the energy level of the crew is decisive.

Once the team arrives at a planet, you will have a team challenge to overcome and can continue the game after completion.

Players will still be awarded medals, trophies and items that will help them progress in the game.
