The Rural Municipality of St. Andrews lies along the Red River between Lake Winnipeg and the Provincial Capital City of Winnipeg. It is part of the Interlake Region of the province and is only a few kilometers from the cities of Winnipeg and Selkirk, and all the opportunities they have to offer.
There are several small communities located within the municipality including Lockport, Petersfield, St. Andrews and Clandeboye which all have their own special characteristics such as community centres, schools, skating rinks and shopping areas.
The community of St. Andrews, Manitoba has become one of the first municipalities in Manitoba to launch their own community iPhone app and Android app. The app provides residents and visitors with immediate access to local news, events, maps and a complete business directory.
