Getting started is simple:

- Sign up to create your free account

- Take a quick assessment: Answer a handful of questions so that we can tailor your care to you. Our clinically-validated wellness assessment personalizes your care, addressing your immediate needs and long-term goals.

- Get a personalized care plan: Once you complete your assessment, you’ll get a care plan that is made for your immediate needs. We’ll also match you with a Care Navigator (a licensed clinician), who can help set up appointments, answer your questions, and guide your care.

- Explore your care: Book a session, or just explore the app. If you’re hesitant about taking the first step or have any questions, check in with your dedicated Care Navigator – that’s what they are there for. If you’re feeling like some quick support right away, try Moments, our collection of guided exercises.

How much does Spring Health cost?

Spring Health is no additional cost to you. Depending on your benefit, your dependents may also have access to the benefit at no additional cost. Costs for therapy and medication management may be subject to costs associated with your health plan.
