SPECTIVE CONNECT

To achieve the maximum machine performance, intuitive operation and easy access to all relevant information is required. This is why we developed SPECTIVE. With SPECTIVE CONNECT, we now bring this operating concept to the excavator - nearer to our operator.

This means that work does not need to be interrupted to check the machine status. This is not only more convenient and safer, it also saves time. The full potential of the machine can thus be exploited and the productivity increased.

All important process data such as production volume and fuel consumption are compiled in a clearly arranged dashboard and report and can then be transmitted.

We use secure communication between smartphone and machine for this purpose.

More knowledge means a higher output.

An overview of SPECTIVE CONNECT:

• In a customizable dashboard, you will find all data that you want to keep an eye on during production. Now you no longer need to leave the excavator or wheel loader to monitor speeds, settings and fill levels.

• Malfunctions cannot always be avoided, but now you find out immediately via push messages what is wrong in your machine and you also receive instructions for eliminating the fault if necessary. You decide yourself if you really have to get out.

• At the end of work, you want to know what your KLEEMANN SPECTIVE crushing plant has produced in a day, week or month? Have all the production data, such as average fuel consumption and crushed tonnage*, displayed in a clearly laid report. This can then be sent off very easily on your smartphone**

• The Smart Job Configurator helps you to select and enter the right machine settings - regardless of the application. This saves time, provides safety and ensures a high-quality end product with the lowest possible wear and fuel consumption.

• With Tool Management, the crushing tools of the machine and their wear can be documented in SPECTIVE CONNECT.

• Stockpile Monitoring keeps track of your stockpile levels and informs you when it's time to clear them*
