All of the content created is meant to serve as a guide for self-exploration and alignment with what feels right for you. This comes in the form of follow-along videos for movement flows, trigger point release work, meditations, primal movement HIIT sessions, etcetera. This application also serves as a direct line of contact with physiotherapist and body literacy advocate and educator, Celeste Kaashoek. For those that are wanting some extra guidance and support for overcoming pain and disability, the app serves as a place for video consultation appointments and execution of your agreed upon treatment plan. The app facilitates accountability as you log your progress directly. You will have access to a personalized movement plan in the form of video explanations of the prescribed exercises. The goal is to keep you accountable for doing the work and making the lifestyle habit shifts that you have been wanting. Log your engagement in the app and receive support via messaging.
