The days when you missed your favourite shows are over. With Loewe Mobile Recording you can now comfortably programme your desired show at any time on the move using the Loewe Assist smart app. All you need is an Internet-enabled smartphone with the Loewe Assist Smart App.
Direct access.**
Your favourite channels or DR+ recorded programmes can be conveniently saved to the home screen of the SmartAssist app to access them quickly and easily on your home network. Or scroll through the electronic programme guide (EPG) on your smartphone and find out about the length and content of the current programme. With one click on the desired content, it appears on your Loewe Smart TV.
Requirements:
*A requirement for operating the app is a Loewe TV with the chassis SL2xx (software from v2.3.x) and SL3xx (software from V1.0.x). This information is available with a TV with the chassis SL2xx and software v2.3.x under Extras - Special Features- TV Facilities and from software v2.4.x and with TV sets with the chassis SL3xx under System Settings - Extras - Advanced Features - TV Facilities. All information listed under this menu point is useful for testing the compatibility with apps and registration of your TV on the Loewe Support Portal.
TVs with the chassis SL1xx are not supported by the app.
**With the chassis SL2xx and software v2.3.x access to the DR+ archive is restricted. Here we recommend an update to version 2.4.x as soon as one is available for your TV.
*** The Loewe Mobile Recording function is only possible with a Loewe TV with the chassis SL2xx and software version 2.4.x in connection with a feature upgrade stick. Loewe TVs with a chassis of generation SL3xx with DR+ support Loewe Mobile Recording as standard.
