Parents: With Sitters on Call, your sitters can upload their schedules for you to see. That means you have a single calendar of ALL the times your sitters are available. Even better, you can schedule jobs (with automatic notifications) in just a few clicks.

Sitters: Get twice as many jobs by letting parents know in advance when you will be available. Half of the time parents could use a sitter, they don't even try because finding out who is available is too much hassle. Post the times you know you could take a job, and double your money.

Step 1: Open an account and send invitations to your sitters/clients.

Step 2: Sitters upload their schedules.

Step 3: Parents send jobs to the sitters who are available when they need coverage.

Step 4: The first sitter to claim the job gets it.

About Updating the Calendar:

Sitters, start by setting your general availability and add exceptions as they arise. For example, if you get off of work at 4:30 each weekday, your general availability might be Monday through Friday from 5pm to 10pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday. If this Monday is a holiday and you are going out on Tuesday, you would add an exception to be available all day Monday and another exception to be unavailable Tuesday evening.

About the Beta:

We are testing the core functionality and identifying ways we can improve our design to make it easier for sitters to upload their schedules and for parents to book jobs. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we learn about what you want to have in the app.

A subscription to Sitters on Call will cost $7 per month (with discounts of up to 30%). It can be accessed on any browser at app.sittersoncall.co, or by downloading our free app. Use of the beta is free until payment processing is integrated.
