This Sine Sweep Generator could generate the sine sweeps. The effective range is 35 - 24000 Hz. For better experience it is recommended to use external amplifier.
NOTE: the final Signal quality depends from the Hardware of your Android device. You could use the virtual Android emulator to run this App on the PC, and use the PC's audio card with higher sound quality due to the better DAC - Digital to Analog Converter.
