How it works:

Step 1: Download the app and create a Simplicity LS account.

During this step you will save your address & select your custom laundry preferences. You will setup your payment information to be charged once your laundry is clean and folded. SIMPLY select the services you need and schedule a pickup date and time.

Step 2: SIMPLY set your laundry on your front porch and a professional Simplicity LS valet will swing by to pick up your laundry items. We will text you when we are on our way. Meanwhile you can SIMPLY relax or take care of other items on your to-do list.

Step 3: Your clothes are returned fresh and folded 48 hours later (dry-cleaning may take longer).

We're On Your Schedule: Choose from our convenient 1-hour pickup and drop-off windows in the morning and the evening. We will notify you when we are on our way to pick up your laundry and then again when we are on our way to drop it off.

Free Pickup: Laundry and dry cleaning picked up at your door - with no fee.

We use push notifications to update you on the status of your order and you pay directly through the app once your laundry has been cleaned.

Free Delivery: Laundry and dry-cleaning is returned to your door clean, fresh, and folded.

Cleaning Preferences: Set your washing and drying preferences directly in the app. This includes type of detergent, fabric softener options, and water temp and dryer temp for whites and colors.
