The ConnectHealth app is your doctor's professional consultation line, so you can access your doctor from wherever you are.

HOW IT WORKS

If you use any chat app, ConnectHealth should be easy to use for you and your family. With ConnectHealth, you can chat, send and receive lab results and prescriptions, send photos, and make phone calls with your doctor. This information stays with you in your medical file, so you and your doctor can easily retrieve your patient history.

It is also 'end-to-end encrypted', meaning this information is private and secure, and only stays with the people you decide should have this information, such as your doctor.

FAMILY MEMBERS AND LOVED ONES

If you care for someone, such as a parent, child, or other beneficiary, you can add these family members and loved ones to a single group consultation thread. This way, you can ensure your care is organized as a team and the best care is available for your loved ones.

PAY WITH M-PESA

Payments are integrated with M-PESA, and we have dramatically simplified the process for you to pay your doctor for consultations over ConnectHealth.

Because your doctor uses M-PESA for consultation fees, you should have an M-PESA enabled phone to use ConnectHealth.

We have a support team available 24/7 to answer any questions you have about the app. If you don't have a doctor yet, would like your current doctor to use the app, or have any general questions for us, simply go to 'Help' in the app menu, and we're here to help! We support requests in Kiswahili and English.
