Tecalis Face-to-Face Signature is the application associated with the Tecalis Electronic Signature, designed especially for Points of Sale and Commercial Offices.

The application is designed to be installed on a touch screen device in the physical locations of organizations and perform Signature processes on them.

First, the organization must link, in an agile and very simple process, its Tecalis Electronic Signature (Signature) account. This can be done by capturing the QR Code provided in the Tecalis Electronic Signature interface. After this, the application is ready to use.

Signature requests can be sent directly to any of the devices registered with the app. The pending signature requests, which have previously arrived as notifications, will appear on the main screen. In this way, the agent at the physical point will offer the client or user the device to sign, accompanying them in the process if necessary.

Once the signing process is complete, a copy is sent to the user's email and is registered on the organization's platform or systems.
