- Provides a dashboard where you can check your health information at a glance, including meal coaching, exercise coaching, calorie intake/burn, and weight status.

- Provides home workout videos and health tips.

● Meal Coaching

- Take photos of your food or upload photos you've taken, and easily search for and record your meals.

- Now, manage your meal history, which can be easily overlooked, with SHP Plus.

● Exercise Coaching

- Automatically records your exercise history and provides detailed results.

- Use wearables to check your heart rate and detailed workout results by zone after exercise.

● Home Training Videos

- Provides customized exercise programs tailored to your health goals, along with step-by-step coaching and videos to help you complete them on your own.

● Healthcare

- Based on health checkup information, we provide monitoring functions to continuously manage five major health indicators (obesity, cholesterol, liver function, blood pressure, and blood sugar).

- You can view charts showing changes in each health indicator.

● Lifestyle Calendar

- Set goals to record and track healthy lifestyle habits, such as step counts, exercise performance, and water intake.

- Weekly lifestyle score and feedback are provided based on the previous week's lifestyle records.

● SHP Band 2,3 Connection Features (Connected Devices)

- The SHP Band is a fitness tracker that connects to your phone via Bluetooth and can measure steps, heart rate, sleep time, and calories burned.

- Notifications for events (including text and phone calls) occurring in the app or on your phone are sent via Bluetooth.

- Enter Fitness Mode within the Band to measure your heart rate in real time and receive notifications about your exercise intensity.

- Audio: Access for voice search

- Location: Access for location-based real-time exercise functionality

- Storage: Access for profile picture registration

- Phone: Access to check SHP Band call status (missed call notification when a call is received)

- SMS: Access to receive text message notifications and authentication codes from SHP Band (connected device)

- Address Book: Access to send push notifications (Google account information)

- Camera: Access to send images/videos during health coaching

- Physical Activity: Collect mobile step counts (OS 10 or higher)

※ Required permissions are required to use the SHP Plus App. They can be changed within the app or through Settings -> Applications -> SHP Plus Information.
