Live chat. Servr includes an automatically translated live chat between you and your hotel's staff members, meaning that instead of having to be near a phone to get service from your hotel you can contact your hotel’s concierge from anywhere, anytime, with no missed calls.

Late check out? Covered. See your hotels check out time, as well as being able to request a late check out without having to get out of bed.

Concierge service. Need extra pillows, an extra toothbrush or more shampoo to be sent to your room? An easy menu lets your request items to be sent to your room with no hassle.

How to use Servr:

- Register an account, or sign in to Servr

- Click check in

- Enter the booking reference code provided from your hotel (from within the booking confirmation or otherwise)

- Finish the check in fields and click confirm
