Locked PDFs on submit. Fillable PDFs you complete in the app can now be locked when you submit them. Once a locked form syncs, it cannot be edited by you, the office, or the customer who receives it, so the record stays exactly as you completed it. Check your work before you submit, and contact your office if a form needs to change afterwards.
This is controlled by your company. Your administrator turns it on from the ServiceBridge web portal, and if it is off, PDFs behave as they did before.
