Habits – A simple traffic light system enables clients to build life-changing habits and complete regular check-ins within the app.
Food logging – Clients can log meals using the built-in food database (UK, USA, and Australia), through barcode scanning, by uploading food photos or adding simple text notes.
Shopping list – Integrated within the planner allows clients to manage their shopping list and sync it with their coach.
Meal plans – Personalised and periodised meal plans shared by the coach can be discovered directly in the app.
Recipes – Clients can access over 150+ recipes designed to fuel training and support recovery, using simple and commonly available supermarket ingredients.
Library – Educational resources and content shared by the coach are stored in one easily accessible location.
Messenger – The in-app messenger enables clients to stay connected with their coach, receive feedback, and access support from anywhere in the world.
