SecureFileShredder overwrites the files you choose before deleting them, for documents, photos, or exports you would rather not just send to the trash.
• Pick one file or a whole batch and review the queue before you start
• Each writable file is overwritten in three passes: zeros, ones, then random data
• Confirm with a list of file names first, so nothing is shredded by accident
• Follow overall and per-file progress while the batch runs
• Read-only files are skipped and clearly marked, never silently ignored
• See a per-file result list: succeeded, skipped, or failed
On modern flash storage, in cloud-synced folders, and with some file managers, overwriting cannot guarantee forensic-grade erasure. The app overwrites and deletes as thoroughly as the storage allows.
