App for Engineers to calculate section properties.
Section Properties ADV is an Android-based application that allows the user to quickly define a cross-section from a broad range of pre-defined options and then automatically calculate a variety of section properties.
Section properties include area, perimeter, centroid, maximum width, maximum height, moment of inertia, radius of gyration, product of inertia, minimum and maximum section moduli, principal axis rotation and principal moments of inertia.
These properties are calculated about the centroid axis, origin axis and a user-defined alternate axis.
