Tired of having all the expired packages in your medicine cabinet? Do you take a medication regularly and often find it expired and have to rush to buy a new one?
With this app, you'll never forget the expiration dates of the medications you keep in your medicine cabinet again. Furthermore, thanks to reminders, the app will notify you whenever a medication expires.
The app comes preloaded with approximately 180,000 generic, class A, class H, and class C medications. The list is released by the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA).
A new version of the app with the updated list will be released whenever AIFA makes changes. You can now retrieve information and the drug package insert directly from the drug database (AIFA).
Adding medications to your medicine cabinet is made easy by scanning the barcode using your device's camera. If the barcode is not recognized, you can manually enter the drug information (name, pharmaceutical company, active ingredient, class).
You can also enter the opening date, which is very useful for medications that deteriorate after a certain period of time. If you set up notifications, you will be notified when the new expiration date occurs after opening the package.
You can manage multiple cabinets by assigning them a name. This is useful for sorting medications based on their use (e.g., personal, work, doctor's bag, pet supplies, etc.).
You can also export the list of expiring and expired medications to PDF to help you organize your cabinet.
