Ryder Tire Upload

Ryder® Tire Upload app will help the field service technicians to submit report of the work they undertake to fix the tire related issues experienced by the customers of Ryder.

The app expects the field service technicians to know the location of the vehicle and the case identification number. The Tire app will also help the field service technicians to attach images/photos as a proof of the work they carried out in the field.

For remote locations where network connectivity is a challenge the tire app also enables offline capability where the technicians can record the activities and submit the details later.
